faulty air conditioning poor drainage
the room was clean and the staff generally seemed helpful.
The air conditioning did not work. It only blew out cold air no matter the setting. the toilet also flushed poorly and the sink drained slowly. i expected better maintenance for the price.

hotel style good breakfast accommodating staff
the style of the hotel impressed me. i found the breakfast quite good. the staff were accommodating . the breakfast included refillable hot drinks using machines (a nice touch).
chromecast seemed incompatible with apple devices. it made using the tv a little difficult (though it might just be me).

the reception staff quickly addressed all inquiries i had. they also were very helpful with recommendations for local attractions. the team ensured a smooth and pleasant experience.

the hotel is close to the waterfront and the city centre. it is also approximately a 20-minute walk from the new everton stadium. this makes exploring the area quite convenient.

dark room long walk
the staff were cute. i felt that was acceptable.
the room felt dark. the black out curtains were too effective , and i found the walk to restaurants quite long. it took about 20 minutes to reach ropewalks.

a stylish stay by the water
quirky decoration spacious room efficient staff
The room had quirky decoration and spacious well equipped spaces. the view of the water was special to wake up to! i found the staff very efficient, helpful, and pleasant. They made everything easy. the hotel is very close to the pier head, near the liver building, and i appreciated that

deep bath warm firepit
the room had a wide deep bath perfect after a long day i found a warm firepit located in the lobby it was so inviting. the check-in process was easy the staff members were friendly and helpful with directions.
the halls were quite dark it felt a bit cheerless it affected my mood slightly
